Reminder: all athletes who are interested in indoor track or conditioning for the upcoming spring track and field season, conditioning will start on Monday, November 29, 2021 at 3:45 pm. Conditioning will be on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:45 pm to 5pm. Meet near the PE office next to the weight room. If you want to start lifting now to prepare for conditioning, we currently have track and field lifting hours on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5pm and on Fridays at 3:30 pm. Lifting will continue during the winter on Mondays and Wednesdays after conditioning at 5pm, and on Fridays at 3:30 pm. GO BEARS.
